As one of the leaders of the Deadlock Gang, he rose to fame trafficking illegal arms through the American Southwest, only to be busted by an Overwatch sting operation. When faced with the choice of prison or joining Overwatch’s covert ops division, Blackwatch, he chose the latter. 

His arsenal is headed by his Peacekeeper, a six-shooting revolver. It can shoot single rounds or all six with his Fan the Hammer ability. He isn’t especially mobile, but he can Combat Roll, diving quickly and reloading his Peacekeeper. He also has a Flashbang, which immobilizes enemies briefly. When he activates his ultimate ability Deadeye, he aims for a brief moment and delivers massive damage to multiple marked enemies.
